All 80 of our vendor spots are currently full, with a waitlist of 30+ vendors.

If you would like to be a vendor for any of our events, please send an email to  Greg@ROTentertainment.com specifying which event you are interested in. We will then send an email to you with a link to our vendor application. Once you have submitted that application, we will look at your information, compare you to other vendors, (so we don’t have too many of one type) and get back to you with a response.

If you have been approved to be a vendor, you will be given a specific amount of time to accept and to make the payment. All events are rain or shine. The vast majority of vendor spaces are inside the shoe factory in our Rustic-Elegance venue. However, a few will be located in the woods during The World of Fae.
